We work a lot on synonyms and antonyms in speech and language.  I am a huge fan of singing to learn and remember skills.  Practice the song below to help you remember what are synonyms and what are antonyms!

Questions for the month of March...

1.  What season begins in March?  SPRING!!
2.  What are two different meanings for the word "Spring"?  Think of other words that have multiple meanings.  What are the words?  What are the multiple meanings?

1.  What is your favorite Valentine's Day candy?  Describe it using your 5 senses.  What does it looks like?  How does it taste?  Does it make any sound when you bite it or chew it?  How does it smell?  How does it feel?

Questions for the month of December...

1.  How do you find out more information?  (By asking good questions!  Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How)

2.  Ask questions of family members to find out what they may like or need for a Christmas present. (ex:  Mom, what book are you reading?  Dad, what fishing equipment do you need?)
