Welcome to Mrs. Lepisto's Speech and Language site!

Welcome to my blog! This is the place to come to find out what is happening in speech and language at Wilson School! Along the left side there are useful links and tips for you to practice speech and language skills at home. I will post a question of the month to use as a springboard for discussion at home. On the right side of the page is a list of other speech and language blogs I follow. You may find other helpful information on these blogs too.

New School Year!

Well it's been a busy beginning of the school year!  I have completed my schedule, and you should have received a note letting you know when your child will be seeing me.
I just added a new section on my website.  It is the first heading on the left..."Auditory Bombardment Lists". Auditory bombardment is for students who have speech delays. The link under that heading will take you to a site where other school speech language pathologists have recorded auditory bombardment lists for many different speech sounds.   Follow the instructions on that site to have your child listen to the words.  They only need to listen! Your child can practice saying the words using the other articulation activities on my website.  Have fun!!
